  • How will I receive a refund if I return a product purchased using my Ashleigh Shopping Club Card?

    This will vary by retailer, please read all T&C’s from each retailer regarding gift cards/Gift Vouchers before making a purchase.

  • I recently purchased a Shopping Code but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

    Some retailers do not offer refunds and in this case, we will not be able to issue a refund on codes from those retailers. We highly recommend that you only order codes for when you need to use them.

    Our checkout page clearly states when you are buying from a retailer where we cannot issue refunds.

    We can issue refunds if certain conditions are met for some retailers, but you should be aware that you will incur an administration fee of £1 automatically deducted from your refunded amount.

  • I’m having trouble creating an account, what do I do?

    If you have any difficulty creating your account please do not hesitate to contact our live chat between Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • How do the codes work?

    When you want to use your membership in shops which don’t accept your card, you can use an Ashleigh Code to get your discount. Search for your desired retailer, click through to “Get Ashleigh Code” and select the amount you would like to purchase by either using the +- or typing in your exact amount. Click Buy Now and then select your payment method. Your code will then appear in your “orders” section on your profile. Use your long code and pin as payment at checkout online or instore by letting the cashier know you’re paying with an e-voucher.

  • Creating your account

    When creating your account please make sure you have no accents/apostrophes/symbols in your name. If you have any further trouble creating your account please contact us on our live chat between Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • How old do I need to be to order an Ashleigh Shopping Club card?

    Ashleigh Shopping Club members must be 18+ years of age.

  • I have tried using my debit and credit card and neither work. Why could this be?

    Please check that the name and address on the order are the same name and address as the registered card holder. If not, then the card will not be accepted.

  • How to top up

    You can top up your card and check your balance here https://www.love2shop.co.uk/manage/mycard.

    There is a minimum top up of £10. Please be aware that the first time you top up your Ashleigh Shopping Club Card there is a £1.50 membership fee - this is for fraud prevention, this is a one-off payment - this is the Love2shop policy.

    Your saving is immediate. For example, if you’re wanting to top up your card to the value of £50, our calculator will subtract your discount instantaneously, so you only pay £46.50.

  • How will I receive a refund if I return a product purchased using my Ashleigh Shopping Club Card?

  • I haven’t received my card, how long should it take to arrive?

    Cards should be delivered within 5 working days, if your card takes more than 5 days please call Love2shop on 0344 375 0739 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays) or via our live chat between Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, of course you can cancel at anytime. If you have a monthly membership your membership will run until the end of the paid month and if you have a yearly membership this will end at the end of the paid year. We offer monthly and annual membership schemes so you will be able to choose a payment option that suits you the best.

  • Questions about goods purchased from the retailer

    If you have a question or complaint about a product you’ve purchased using your Ashleigh Shopping Club Card through one of our retailer partners, you should contact them directly. We do not have access to all of the information held by retailers, so unfortunately we can’t help with product or delivery questions. Please check terms and conditions for more details.

  • What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If you have lost your card or believe it to be stolen, please contact Love2shop immediately on: 0344 375 0739 - Lines are open between the following times: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

    Don’t forget you can also contact us via our live chat to check your balance or make a payment Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

    If your card is missing and you know the card number and the funds have not been used, you can either request a new card, or if you have right of redemption, you can request a refund, there is a fee of £8.90 to do this.

  • Where can I use my card?

  • Can I set up a direct debit?

  • How much do I pay for delivery?

    Annual members pay nothing for their Ashleigh Shopping Club Card delivery - Monthly subscribers pay £1.50.

    If you require more cards or need a replacement card you may be charged for delivery.

  • Do I have to spend the entire amount in one transaction?

    Balances on your card can be spent at any of the listed retailers, there’s no need to spend your entire balance in one place/transaction.

  • What If I have made a mistake when ordering my Ashleigh Shopping Club Card?

    If you have made any mistakes when ordering your Ashleigh Shopping Club card please call our helpline on 0344 375 0739 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays) quoting your order reference number. We will do our very best to make any necessary changes.

  • I haven’t received my code, what do I do?

    If your code hasn’t been generated please don’t hesitate to contact our live chat between times: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays and one of our team will do their very best to solve your problem.

    At this time, you won’t be able to merge your existing Love2shop card with your Ashleigh Club Card.

    The Ashleigh card is not a cashback card, it will allow you access to instant discounts meaning no waiting around for cashback to be paid!

  • Don’t worry about missing out on new deals...

    When you join the club, you will gain access to our app, where you will be able to keep up to date with all of the retailers included. We’ll also notify you via the app or by email and we’ll have regular updates up on our blog too.

    You will be able to get discounts as often as you like, at all retailers included, all year round. There will also be promotional offers for bigger discounts at selected retailers too!

    Don’t worry if your favourite store doesn’t have any discounts on when you want to shop, with the Ashleigh Shopping Club you’ll have access to exclusive deals all year round!
